Known to some as “Turbo,” Jeff goes above and beyond to help his clients see their dreams in the outcome of their projects. He is fueled off the ability to watch projects morph into an efficient and handsome structure. His passion for developing an efficient, budget conscious system can be seen in his every move throughout the construction process. Guided by the principle, “You can’t plant thorns and expect roses to grow,” Jeff understands the importance of carrying out each step of the process to ensure a successful experience and desirable outcome. Jeff’s creativity and caring bring a special touch to the leadership he provides to the Proforma family and customers. Jeff earned his Bachelor of Science in Industrial Manufacturing Engineering at Cal Poly University in San Luis Obispo. Jeff loves to spend his free time exercising and learning, and can typically be found golfing, water skiing, snow skiing, biking, or reading. With two beautiful daughters of his own, Jeff strives to help young adults find their mission and passions.

Always ready to push her limits and chase adventure and challenge, Shannon is a key member of Proforma Construction. Her accounting and human resource experience in combination with on-the-court-training has allowed her to keep things moving & improving behind the scenes. Her travels to foreign lands, like Egypt, help her to see things in a panoramic view. In addition to her role at Proforma Construction, Shannon volunteers for Sandra J. Wing Healing Therapies Foundation. During her spare time, Shannon enjoys traveling, cooking, yoga, attending farmers markets, and enjoying time spent with her amazing husband of 20 years, friends, and family either on a fun outing or snugged in a blanket watching a thrilling movie. She approaches life from the guiding principal, “Be the Change You Want To See In the World.”

Bill’s passion for life, family, and friends can be seen in everything he does both in and out of the office. His unique style and humor makes for an enjoyable atmosphere to work in. Bill’s tireless commitment to his craft keeps Proforma moving forward. Bill has a beautiful wife, a daughter, four cats, and two dogs, all of which make for an eventful and adventurous day off. During Bill’s free time, you can find him “working” at Irish Monkey Cellars on Saturdays and spending Sundays relaxing with his family. On the side, Bill is passionate in wine making, which can be attributed to his love for Venice, Italy.

With a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering, a banker, and real estate broker, Dan couples that 40 years of experience by helping his real estate customers understand value and opportunity. Always an idea man and highly enthusiastic, but better known as “Chicago’s wheel man,” Dan drives new business to Proforma by introducing our company’s services to his customers. The thoughtfulness Dan brings to his work can be experienced by all who meet him. If not in Tahoe for a quick getaway, Dan can be found golfing or spending time with his granddaughters.

More commonly known as “Buck,” Jordan strives to follow by Michael Jordan’s guiding principle: “Obstacles don’t have to stop you. If you run into a wall, don’t turn around and give up. Figure out how to climb it, go through it, or work around it.” A recent grad at University of Colorado at Boulder (Go BUFFS!), Jordan brings youthful knowledge to the table, ensuring the success and swiftness of each project. Buck enjoys cooking, snowboarding, brewing, running, and watching sports during his free time, and can guarantee to cook up a delicious feast if put to the challenge. His upbringing in a close-knit family as the middle child has allowed him to develop long-lasting and fruitful relationships with his colleagues and clients.

With an amazing group of mentors by his side, Matt has found success by relying on lessons learned and life experiences. His ability to foster relationships and willingness to go above and beyond in his work are key to his success. Matt is a key player at Proforma and his dedication shows in his work. His beautiful and rambunctious five and a half year old keeps him busy, along with her mini zoo of furry family members, including dogs, cats, fish, and friendly rodents. His daughter shares his interest in rebuilding cars and often accompanies him on his days off when he works on projects in the garage. If not in the garage, the dynamic duo can typically be found riding bikes to the park, at the movies, or having a BBQ in the backyard.
